Mix all the ingredients, serve on bread or crackers.
I prefer saloon pilot crackers, from Diamond Bakery
in Hawaii, which you can get at Asian markets. They
are basically a thick saltine cracker. The celery will keep
for quite a few days in your pack. It is not entirely
necessary, but adds a good flavor.
This is pretty extravagant eating on the trail, and if
you have a fresh apple you definitely want to eat it on
one of the first days to get rid of the weight.
