Chicken Curry
makes about 6 servings
You could make this with just vegetables, or tofu.

Cook chicken and onion in olive oil until chicken is thoroughly
cooked. Add peas, bell pepper and curry sauce, and simmer until
pepper and peas are cooked. At this point you may adjust the
spiciness of the curry sauce by adding hot pepper flakes or
mellowing it by adding about 1/2 cup of sour cream.

Spread on parchment paper on racks and dehydrate at 145 degrees
until thoroughly dry. Package in baggies or vacuum seal.

Rehydrate at camp by adding boiling water to the mix, letting it sit
for 15-20 min, warm up again.

Serve with couscous, or instant rice.
